Fresh Grated Coconut-1/2 cup
Fried Gram / Dala- 3 tablespoons
Lemon Juice-1/2 lemon
Mustard Seeds-1 tsp
Curry Leaves- A few
Method of Making Coriander Coconut Chutney
Grind all ingredients mentioned under TO GRIND. Transfer to a bowl. Heat oil and add Mustard seeds, let them splutter, add the curry leaves followed by Asafoetida and Red Chilly. Serve with Idli, Dosa, Uthappam, Appe.
